FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q.  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PHOTOGRAPH MY PROPERTY?
A.  The amount of time required to properly photograph a home or property can vary greatly.  The biggest factor is the size of the property, of course.  As a general guideline plan on about 1 to 2 hours.

 

Q.  HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED TO SCHEDULE A PHOTO SHOOT?
A.  Most photo shoots are scheduled a few days in advance. I have done shoots the same day if things work out that way. Don’t rely on that. I do have Rush Shoots can be made available for an additional charge.

 

Q.  DO YOU RETAIN THE COPYRIGHT TO YOUR IMAGES OR ARE THOSE TRANSFERRED TO ME WHEN I BUY PRINTS OR DIGITAL IMAGES?
A. ¬† Yes, I retain the copyright of all my images ‚Äď this is a standard practice in the photography industry. ¬†My fee entitles you a single use, non-transferable, non-exclusive image license, which is¬† good for the duration of your listing and terminates once the listing is sold, canceled or expires. Please note that this is a non-transferable license, meaning you, as the licensee, may not¬†sell, give or loan the photos to any other party.

 

Q.  DO I HAVE TO MEET YOU AT THE HOME TO GIVE YOU ACCESS?
A.  No, you can simply provide me the garage code number or a one day code for the lock box. Of course, you are always welcome to meet me at the home and hang out during the photo shoot.

 

Q.  HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE PHOTOS DELIVERED ONCE THE SHOOT IS FINISHED?
A.  In most cases I am able to deliver a final product within 24 hours.
